Henrica is an automotive legend – and not just in her mind! She is at her peak. Starting in the 1970’s as the owner of an advertising agency specializing in auto dealerships, she has transitioned through sales, management, and leasing. In the 1990’s she created as an auto brokerage company and started working with Eckhaus Fleet as an outside sales associate. To this day she excels at Eckhaus Fleet! Customers love Henrica!!!! In her off hours, she spends quality time with the two loves of her life – Jerry and her hot Florida!

Travis Tefft
Travis brings a wealth of experience to his rental car customers. Besides being Manager of Corporate Account for Manheim Financial Services for almost ten years, Travis held multiple positions with U-Save. He splits his time between the sunny shores of Florida and verdant Ohio.

Mona Mehl-Campsiano
Mona has over 23 years of experience as Fleet Manager for Dollar, Thrifty, and Hertz locations. She has spent the last 17 years operating Fleet-Finders. With an extensive base of contacts, Mona helps dealers and rental operators find and sell their inventory in Southern California. Mona starts her day her working out at the gym. After a hard day of finding great cars for Eckhaus Fleets customers, she spends time with her dog, Schatze and her husband, Frank.( In that order)  Mona is a world renowned Department 56 collector and a phenomenal baker.  

Ed Eckhaus
Ed joins Eckhaus Fleet as a Midwest (Chicago Based) Sales Associate after a 26  year career in Federal Law enforcement. Ed can usually be found driving his convertible or on a lounge chair fielding calls for Eckhaus Fleet.

Larry Wendell
Larry comes to Eckhaus Fleet from Capital Auto Rental Services where he was Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Raised in an automotive family, Larry started wholesaling cars when he was 15 years old. After 20 years of running his own wholesale business, Larry joined Dublin Toyota as Used Car Sales Manager. He later moved on to Hayward Toyota to grow their Used Car Department as Sales Manager. In 1999, he joined Capital at the VP level. As the leader of an aggressive sales team he helped Capital become one of the largest financial players in the Rental Car Industry. Larry now brings his holesaling and rental company financing expertise to Eckhaus Fleet for our customers benefit. Larry spends his spare time driving his grandchildren to California beaches and surfing the web.

Marc Rubin

Marc grew up in an Automotive family.  His Uncle, a former President of The Cleveland Dealer’s Association stressed the need to be versed in all aspects of the business from the Porter, Mechanic, and Body Shop to the ‘Used Cars’ and ‘Buy Here-Pay Here’ experience.  Marc mans the Midwestern frontier for Eckhaus Fleet and provides direct fleeting and de-fleeting services for Dealers, Rental, and Fleet Companies.  He works as an independent branch for his customers.  Direct, immediate payment and timely freight are the main service points – Customers liked the immediacy of payment and not having to wait for their units to sell at auction as well as freeing up space for other units.  Marc’s success is based largely on his hands-on approach, immediate payment processing and reliable freight arrangements. Besides taking care of his wife’s dogs and fish, he is a challenged golfer and pool player.

Sales Associates

Carol Halderman

Carol’s friendly voice and quick laugh is one of the first sounds that greet you when you call Eckhaus Fleet. Carol is Eckhaus Fleet’s Asset Administrator.  A former Human Resources Manager for a
National Company, Carol is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.  Using her considerable people skills and patience, she keeps clear and open lines of communication between Eckhaus Fleet and all of our clients, sales personnel and manufacturers/vendors. 

Outside of Eckhaus, Carol manages an active family with her husband Dale on their beautiful Sierra Nevada foothills homestead.  As a former national shopping champion, Carol maintains her profession standing with weekend trips to local malls.

Tim Yopp
Tim Yopp bears a striking resemblance to Joe Isuzu.  Tim is a refugee from the Internet Bubble Burst.  A graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he brings to Eckhaus Fleet a new level of technical expertise. Tim ran one of the largest software development and computer consulting companies in Southern Arizona for 14 years. His company developed products for AOL, Corning and many others. Following the downturn in the computer industry, he worked as a VP for a credit card processor. Tim learned the joys of the automotive sales industry as Chief Technical Officer of  He and his technical team grew automoti to be the largest seller on eBaymotors posting more than 2000 cars a day on the site. When he is not working on the computer or helping his customers find some of the finest vehicles in the country, he wanders around with a sign looking for affirmation.

Brian Rogers
Brian Rogers specializes in Eckhaus Fleet’s government fleet sales. Since graduating from the State Center Police Academy he has been employed with the Fresno Police Department for 27 years. His many titles and projects there included: Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Financial Crimes Detective, Computer Forensics Analyst, Hostage Negotiator, and Sergeant. He managed the Y2K solution for FPD, and developed a mobile data system for FPD including electronic report writing and GPS tracking system.  We are lucky to have his great knowledge into the law enforcement and government side of our business. Outside of Eckhaus Fleet you can find Brian with his wonderful wife Kathy of 24 years or with his two daughters Brianna and Haley, riding horses or out cruising on his motorcycle. 

Mark Eckhaus loves cars! 
In the automobile business every day since 1979, cars are his life. Mark brings to his customers a knowledge and passion for the automobile business seldom seen and never matched. After several years as a successful used car dealer, Mark founded Eckhaus Porsche in Virginia and built it into the largest volume Porsche dealership in the world. This growth was fueled by unmatched customer service and innovative marketing concepts. Eckhaus Porsche was the first Porsche dealer to advertise nationwide. After selling it in 1989, he moved to California. After a short retirement, Mark was asked to join the Standard Rent A Car management team as Fleet Sales Manager. In 4 years the company grew from 1,200 to 5,500 cars and 50 locations. After Enterprise bought Standard, Alamo Rent A Car recruited Mark. At Alamo, Mark was responsible for Fleet purchasing and Remarketing for two thirds of the country, from Colorado to the Eastern Shore. After leaving Alamo, Mark founded Eckhaus Fleet to provide Fleet Purchasing and Remarketing to the Rental Car Industry. Mark has been and still is a partner in several New Car Dealerships. In his spare time, Mark collects antique and high performance cars.

Jack Goode
Fleet Manager for Eckhaus Fleet, has over 32 years experience in the automobile industry. After 15 years with Eckhaus Fleet, Jack has won the respect of his customers for his outstanding customer service. Prior to joining Eckhaus Fleet, Jack spent 17 years in retail, with positions ranging from Sales to General Sales Manager. Always ready with a quick smile and quiet voice, Jack’s experience makes him the top sales manager in the fleet industry. When Jack is not helping his customers equip their rental fleets with some of the finest vehicles made, he is exploring the great outdoors. He’ll be the guy whizzing by on boat, motorcycle, or skis.
