Eckhaus Fleet respects your privacy, and we want you to understand the ways in which we do and do not use the information that you transmit when you visit Eckhaus Fleet. This statement discloses the privacy practices for Eckhaus Fleet.

We share information with our suppliers and other automotive business suppliers. We need to do this in order to process orders and other requests made by our visitors and suppliers.  From time to time, Eckhaus Fleet may share information on visitors to the site with marketers of auto-related products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. Please indicate on our registration form if you'd prefer we not share such information with them. If you wish to change your election or to review or update your profile, (or to deactivate your profile completely), send an email to: info@EckhausFleet.com and the Eckhaus Fleet Online staff will make your requested changes for you. After asking Customer Service to make the change for you (or to deactivate your profile), please allow 24 to 48 hours for implementation.

All information gathered on the Eckhaus Fleet Web site is stored within a secure Eckhaus Fleet -controlled database. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. And, of course, any information you include in a message you post to any chatroom, forum or other public posting area is available to anyone with Internet access.
